What is your role at G&M?
As Manufacturing Manager, I have responsibility for the running of the Factory and the purchasing of all consumables.
How long have you been working for G&M ?
39 years, only seems like yesterday.
What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
Daily interaction with staff and suppliers, problem solving and the challenges my role brings.
If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
Test driver for Mercedes, getting to run around their high-end cars.
Before working at G&M, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
I stared working at G&M from leaving school, although I have had many interesting roles within G&M.
What advice would you give to someone looking to start a career at G&M?
To do their best and be positive
If you could switch your job with anyone else within G&M, whose job would you want?
IT department, learning more about new technologies.
What is your proudest moment at G&M?
I've had many, possibly recently seeing some of the bigger complete off-shore jobs being shipped to customers and help develop others into their role.

Football and spending time with Family and Friends
