Rapid expansion, and a new premises

1980's - 1990's
The introduction of Plastic Tank Radiators sees a period of continued growth for G&M
G&M developed an innovative method of allowing Plastic Tank Radiators to be refurbished. This was an instant success with their radiator repairer customers. With a huge demand for PTR cores, G&M continued to invest in equipment and machinery, additional employees, extra shifts and expansion of the premises. The end of the 90's also saw the retiral of Geoff Shrigley, the company`s founder, passing ownership over to his son Michael.
2000 - 2010
Acquisitions and New Markets
2000: G&M opens a new factory in Galway, Ireland
2004: Acquisition of Gallay/Becool - OE Manufacturer, UK
2007: Acquisition of Alutec - Aluminium heat exchanger manufacturer, UK
2015: Acquisition of SCFM - fan manufacturer, USA
2020: Opening of Sakarya Teknoloji, manufacturing facility in Turkey
These strategic acquisitions have allowed G&M to expand into new markets covering all areas of heat exchanger manufacture and supply.
Present Day
G&M continue to innovate and develop products and markets
In the recent years we have expanded our product range, developing solutions for new markets including Renewable Energy, and working closely with high end suppliers.
